At Clutch Grip Co, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, please review our return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Opened or Used Products

Opened or used grips are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Items labeled as Clearance or Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Clutch Grip Co reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking, as Clutch Grip Co cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@clutchgripco.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear on your statement after processing.
